Today’s Crazy Workout

HIIT and chest/shoulders today. Time to sprint longer. I’m struggling with sprints, because my asthma kicks in a bit by the end, but I’m determined. Already finding that bumping up the weight I lift means I can lift even more this week. More muscle = more ability to burn fat. Go go go!
