Major Progress!

A little over year ago, I couldn’t do one. single. sit-up. Crunches like mad, planks for days, but my abs couldn’t take a full sit-up, no matter how hard I tried. I started lifting, and now I can knock ‘em right out! It seems like a small thing, but I’m so proud!
