Bad Day? That’s OK!


Keeping it real: yesterday was a crazy day, and I made some pretty crappy food choices. I skipped breakfast, had less than stellar fast food for lunch, and a pretty underwhelming dinner.

Taken separately, these choices would be OK. Put them all together, and they equal a day with nothing fresh, no fruits or veggies, not nearly enough protein, and not enough calories!

That said, it’s just one day, and we get a do-over every single day! Thank goodness for that. But also, give yourself a little grace when you slip up. Some days will be weird or hard or you’ll just make crappy choices. It’s OK! Just start again. Keep trying. You’ll see a difference!
