Workout Review: Live to Fail

IT WAS HARD. My arms totes look like that now. When I can move them.

The idea behind LTF is to lift heavy, as I have been, but to do FOUR sets of just 4-5 lifts, rather than two-three sets of whatever you usually do. Booker uses some lifts I’ve done several times before, and some that are new to me. New is good, because your muscles get used to doing the same old thing and then stall out. Because it’s four sets, I’m having to bump down on my weight so I don’t fail out too early! It’s a good, hard workout. #hardisgood
