I prefer Vinyasa, or Flow, Yoga for its ability to keep your heart rate steady and really stretch those muscles that are tight and tired from running or lifting. If you’re new to yoga, this might be too advanced for you; I consider myself intermediate (I can’t do any of the crazy head or arm balances for crap). The instructor is a little perky, for me, but the instructions are excellent. If you’re comfortable with yoga, it’s a great workout!
