Dumbbell Back Workout #2

  • Dumbbell deadlift
  • Wide grip pull up (I use a pull up bar over a door)
  • Dumbbell bent over row – make sure your back stays flat
  • Inverted row – I do these under my kitchen table
  • Dumbbell reverse flyes
  • Dumbbell trap 3 raise
  • Sit ups
