Fold two stiff egg whites into ½ cup prepared oatmeal and stir over heat for a couple of minutes. Mine have 1 T cocoa powder, 2t stevia, and 1 T chia, as well.
This is SO great if you’re looking for ways to add protein to your morning. I was so sick of eating cheese with my oatmeal, or eating savory eggs. YUM!
