Easy, Low-carb Protein Shake

The only breakfast I wanted after a rough weekend: a super healthy peanut butter chocolate protein smoothie!

I fell off the healthy eating wagon a little the last four days, and I have four extra pounds to show for it. My body really struggles with having macronutrients out of the right balance for me, and I KNOW THAT, but sometimes it’s hard. Life is all about balance, and sometimes we totally flop, but thank goodness for Mondays and the chance to start over again!
