My Fave Breakfast Sandwich

For when ya gotta have breakfast IMMEDIATELY: 1 toasted multigrain English muffin (they have more fiber than the whole wheat! Check your labels!) spread with 1 wedge Laughing Cow cheese, 1 egg fried with a touch of cooking spray, and a few greens. 3 minutes to breakfast, which is faster than any McDonald’s drive-thru!

200 cal, 28g carbs, 13g protein, 9Β g fiber. Good morning!
