1 Year Progress: Running

It’s been a year since I started running. I’ve added in yoga and started weights and HIIT intervals. I’ve changed my diet twice. I’m down 20 pounds this year, which may not sound like a lot, but that’s 3 dress sizes. The pic in purple is me at my starting weight pre-running. Pink shirt is today. I have a way to go, still, and I’m fighting for every inch, but it’s worth it!
